About the Role
- Triple Stitch Branding is looking for an aggressive, motivated, and relationship-driven Sales Hunter to help us grow our client base in the branded apparel and promotional products industry.
- This is not an order taking position. We are looking for someone who knows how to prospect, open doors, build relationships, uncover opportunities, and close new business. The ideal candidate is energetic, competitive, organized, and comfortable calling on business owners, HR leaders, marketing teams, purchasing departments, event planners, and corporate decision makers.
- You will be selling branded apparel, promotional products, uniform programs, employee gifting solutions, online company stores, event merchandise, and custom corporate branding programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold outreach, social selling, and in person meetings.
- Develop relationships with decision-makers in corporate, construction, healthcare, hospitality, education, manufacturing, financial services, restaurants, breweries, country clubs, nonprofits, and other business sectors.
- Present Triple Stitch Branding’s full range of solutions, including branded apparel, promotional products, corporate uniforms, online stores, employee recognition programs, client gifts, and event merchandise.
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects and opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs, budgets, timelines, events, and branding goals.
- Work with our internal support team to develop creative product ideas, proposals, presentations, quotes, and online store solutions.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and clients to move opportunities through the sales process.
- Represent Triple Stitch Branding professionally at networking events, trade shows, client meetings, and industry events.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, opportunities, follow ups, and client communication in the company CRM.
- Meet or exceed sales activity goals, new business targets, and revenue growth objectives.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience preferred.
- Experience in branded apparel, promotional products, uniforms, corporate merchandise, printing, or marketing services is a strong plus.
- Strong prospecting and relationship building skills.
- Ability to conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, email, phone, LinkedIn, and digital sales tools.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for client meetings.
